Text Box: Dear Colleagues, I can't believe that 2005 has ended and we are in 2006 already. What a challenging and painful year it has been, We can't forget the effects of Tsunami, Katrina and Earthquake upon our lives. While all these had impact on us, one way or the other, nothing will have a more lasting influence upon us than doing our share contribution to make PAPA more stronger. This can only be accomplished by active participation, encouraging others to become its member and having a vision. In the absence of vision, we risk being driven by our own agenda, aligning ourselves with the status quo. Michelangelo is often quoted as saying that inside every block of stone or marble lays a beautiful statue; the access material just needs to be removed to reveal the work of art within.
